Meet The Team
– Shane Pipkin –
Shane started his building career in 2005 in Charlotte, NC where he did renovations to homes he purchased and sold himself. After moving to Dallas in 2010, he went to work for a custom home builder in the Park Cities. Shane and his wife Dana bought a home in Highland Park where they completely gutted and renovated their 1934 house. They decided to start Pipkin Homes in 2014 to follow their passion and pursue the dream of building high quality homes.
Shane and Dana have two lovely children, Hannah Kate and Chase. They live in beautiful Flower Mound, TX, and spend their time entertaining family and friends. You can almost always count on a fun time at the Pipkin house on Gameday.
– Johnny Ramon –
Johnny was raised in Texas taking summer residential construction jobs at the early age of 13. By the age of 17 he made construction his career and found the love of his life, Miss Connie Jean Hutcherson. His natural talents in the framing industry caught the attention of his superiors, and by age of 19 he was leading multiple framing crews on high-end custom homes. As his career blossomed so to did his love and admiration for Connie. He made her his bride and started their family with the birth of their first of five children in 1981. Johnny’s attention to detail and passion for the industry gave him the tools necessary to be a successful project manager. His persistence for excellence and genuine respect for others has built his reputation in Highland Park and University Park since 2004. Work-Life balance is essential for a healthy life and now the Ramon family have four grandchildren with two on the way.
